1.5" of Ice Continued

So... I got called home from work early today (not the easiest thing to do) because we had water dripping from our bedroom light fiixture. From my poking around in the attic, it loooks as though the ice on the roof is melting, and that water is being forced through the roof and traveling down the rafters to the ceiling. Not exactly sure what to do as we can't really do anything about the ice :) Any ideas?

1.5"of Ice

So after two days falling chunks I can look forward to somehow removing the ice from vehicles, driveway, sidewalk.
UPDATE: This pic shows the thickness of the ice on my car this morning
